Good morning Fred and good morning to all of those chilling. I gather it was 27C yesterday and you had a lovely ride on the bike when you finished work. Cycling is very satisfying but after the leg bypass in December 2015, the surgeon said: no more cycling, no crossing of the legs and no kneeling. The hardest part was giving up the mountain bike. Other activities like swimming, walking and sex in the dunes is okay. What a lovely fella.

Have a great day

Hmm, that beats my Doctor's advice that I could drink alcohol, don't forget to take off those cycle clips.

Default 14 mile bike ride

Morning Peeps!!!
Had a great ride yesterday. Polish War Memorial ( Remember that Phil, with Ed and the Feds)
White Bear Ruislip, Ickenham, Uxbridge. Slow rear puncture. (21 stone wot did it)
Then near Hillingdon Hospital the "piece de resistance" 100 psi front tire deflated in 2 seconds flat. Found some shade, changed tube, refitted tire, could only manage to put 50 psi back in with mickey mouse pump. Leisurely wander home. 14 miles in total

Still 21 stone fat bar steward. Minimal beer, glass of wine with dinner. Pints of water. Walk most days with SWMBO (occasionly). Must loose some soon!!!!

Morning all, hope you are well.
Had a nice drive out yesterday, but i am over 2K past the service date and I must get the ZTT sorted. At least the MOT has been extended till September.
I need the belts doing too....and the brakes...

Trying to find someone local to Croydon who is open and available

Keep well all

Wow, makes my trip to work seem miniscule......best avoid those "stones" then!

Take care, stay safe.

Morning all - had a bit lie in this morning to compensate for a poor night's sleep due to the humidity. Much the same this morning - you can tell the degree of humidity when your fingers don't slide smoothly across the laptop's mouse pad. Mainly cloudy, and the suggestion of an odd shower of rain during the evening.
