Default French Open Final

Djokovic V Murray

Anyone watching this?

Murray is a set up. Playing very well. I hope he does it.

It looked very promising for Murray after the first set but after that it became the same old story, sadly.Djokovic just won't lie down, some of his retrieving is hard to believe.

Djokovic is simply the best and has been for the last 2-3 years now. He just seems impossible to beat. The thing is Murray is a brilliant player and if we didn't have the likes of Djokovic, Murray would of certainly won at least another 3-4 slams I reckon. He's consistency good as well. The best British tennis player we've seen. I really feel for him but he lost to one of the greats ever in the game and there's no shame in that. He put up a food challenge and gives his best, as he always does. His time will come again. I'm confident of that.

Djokovic was the nearly man for 4-5 years, always chasing Federer and Nadal.
He turrned it round with a few adjustments to diet and fitness,Murray can do the same.Fine lines betwen victory and defeat.

To be fair, Murray is very fit. I don't think that's an issue. It's just Djokovic is just technically that little bit better. Plays those really important shots at just the right time and edges it and can pull out all the stops. He rarely makes a mistake. The one thing that Murray is bad for is he's too nice for his own good sometime and he shows his frustration and anger too much on the court. If he could control that and show his opponent he's not weak, it may just help him that bit more. I think that is just the British mentality and hard to change.

Two players that grew up together on the circuit.

One became exceptional and the other just slightly less so .

The worlds number one and two .

As a Scot i am very proud of Andy .

I hope his frustration at losing to the Djork drives him on to win the big one.

Andy Murray.
Wimbledon winner.
US Open winner.
OLYMPIC Gold winner.
Davis Cup winner.

Yes hes a failure .

Yes and they are also good friends believe it or not .

I truly believe Andy has another slam in him .

He has been in the Australian open final multiple times and if not another Wimbledon then i can see him winning that .

Andy will go down in tennis history .

He has smashed records for British tennis .

A truly world class sportsman.

All British people should be proud of him .

Yeah, he's a class act Andy Murray. Very nice man too and keeps to himself. He definitely has some more slams I'm him. I truly believe that. He's consistency in the top 2 or 3 in the world for a number of years now. As I said, if it wasn't for the likes of Djokovic being around, he would of won more slams. I had the honour of seeing Murray win the US Open title in New York 2012. It was his first slam.
