That would annoy me too. I understand he has a lot of experience assessing these things, but I would want my cherished vehicle reviewing in person before condemning it to scrap.

Andy do you have legal cover with your insurance, if say you intend to use it, has you do not agree with the Assessors, so would therefore like to get a second opinion with which someone actually comes and views the car not through photos sent by you.

see if they like that idea.
