Frond End Swap
Done some searches and I'm fairly confident this is possible, was just looking for re-assurence
Have a Mk2 75 with quite bad bonnet and panel damage at the front. Weirdly there seem to be more ZT's in the right colour, so am looking at exchanging the Mk2 75 panels for Mk1 ZT's. Can anyone confirm if they are a straight swap. Thanks again Dave

Swap
Dave, I have replaced my mk2 75 bumper for a mk1 mg. i did it because i really didnt like the facelift look, not because of damage. As suzblu says the headlights are different so you'll need mk 1 headlights. The mg bumper has a very slightly different profile to the 75 so you'll need mg inner wing liners which are a bit more squared off at the front edge. Otherwise its like for like replacement. The only thing to watch is that the mk2 colour palette is different to the mk1 and between 75s and mg's so you might have to paint the bumper.

Cheers both.
Would be looking at buying an entire car, so as long as the bits fit can use what I need. Never thought re the paint code. Would a Mk1 ZT paint code MBB, not be the same as a MK2 75 paint code MBB? Cheers
