What is wrong with me???????????????????
It's that time of year again. Decided I'd try (again) for a quote from Direct Line. Nope. Can't provide me with a quote based on the information I'd entered.
WHY THE HELL NOT???? Why don't they like me?? Had my licence over 20 years, no claims, losses, convictions, 9 years no claims bonus, never had insurance cancelled or special terms imposed blah de blah blah blah. So what's not to like????? I'm a woman? I'm from Glasgow??? I'm a single parent???? I'm really annoyed with them????? Anyone else not liked by Direct Line??? I'm going to phone them.

Don't even bother with them - they won't be cheaper than the comparison sites, well.. they never have been with me..
why didnt you tell me earlier - I'd have sorted it.. xxxx |

Apparently it could be my occupation (civil servant), address (relatively nice leafy suburb of Glasgow) or car (renault scenic).
Whichever I will NEVER, EVER, EVER approach Direct Line for a quote EVER again.

I have no idea why any of those would cause them not to give you a quote.. I will do one with you later...
but seriously - I have never had direct line beat any quote from compare the market etc as of yet.. xxx |
