Been out the front for over an hour recovering the car covers. Last nights storm finally managed to take Banana's off completely, if I had not tied the rear strap to the fence then no doubt I would have lost it somewhere over Dartmoor.

The Bears cover and slid up from the rear as far as the B post. Hell of a job pulling back so that I could get it unhooked. Saturated on the inside, so that will be a job drying out.
Found my dustbin wedged between the Bear and the wall. And the storm had a go at disrupting my back garden. But just two bins roaming around.

And the weather now? We have blue sky.

All the strength I gained yesterday I've used up today.

Wet here but we seem to be in an island of calm surrounded by weather warnings, east/north/south its rain, west its wind.

Jeebus! it's gone black & howling rain horizontally here, it sounds like the wind is taking the roof off the conservatory.
