Default Plate needed to be fabriacted

I need a small metal plate made up (preferably able to be chromed) about 65mm(w) x 90mm(H) x approx 3mm(D) mm does anyone know somewhere who might do this for me?

I should have some stainless but it's not as thick as 3mm.
I could get some mild steel that size.
