Default Fbh part 2 still fed up !!!

Hi again , still have no idea why fbh won't fire up.
Is this the correct way to wire GSM.- Lewis rental type. Later type of fbh
Pin 3 of fbh to No on relay 1.
Earth to C on relay 1.
12v power to connecter showing Supply and earth to same connecter.- it is a blue connecter,. not the one labelled input 5-12vdc.
Aerial connected ok and new Tesco SIM card fitted in the correct way .
Help needed as cold weather is here.

Just to let everyone know fbh now working ��

Turned out to be SIM card PCB located the wrong way round.

Thanks for all the advice.

Took awhile to sort out Andy, but worth the effort now the cold weather is here.
