These are the same as the MDF mounts at the start of the thread. There are photos in the thread of them fitted.
They are an improvement over the plastic mounts 'as is', but fairly straightforward to pack/seal the gaps to the inner door skin for a more complete job.

Ok thanks! So if I fit them I just need to pack them out as they are not made to the shape of the door

Yes - I used small pieces of leftover sound deadener to fill the gaps. Finished they really do the job with the added bonus of fixing securely in the original plastic mount holes.
