Removing/replacing interior mirror
Hoping it's very simple, but would like advice before I go ripping the old (noisy/vibratey) one out and sticking the nice new one in!

I think they twist anti clockwise then come off the base???

Yep they just are twisted anti-clockwise and the unit comes away from the spring mounting which is stuck to the windscreen.

ohh yea that is smart
I just pulled real hard when i had my car for the first week. If you do that you will have it in your hands with some extra glass splinters everywhere and a nice crack in your windshield. So i guess it's better to twist anti clockwise
