Default Advice - Oil

Had a service last week and my mechanic put in 5w-30 instead of the recommended 10w-40. The shop he bought the parts from said 5w-30 was the correct oil... dimwits!!!

Anyways... Would this cause any problems if I carry on using the car, until I can get the oil changed over to the correct type this weekend?

Car is a ZT190...

Thanks,

Ross

It will be fine. No need to panic, pretty fundamental mistake to make though.
