Yes there is. But shorting out the OBD socket with wires or paperclips isn't recommeneded, even though it works when done right. Done wrong, it'll blow a fuse and maybe worse. For the price of the eBay resetters, is it worth risking your electronics?

Pay the postage both ways you can borrow mine so long as you return it.
This is the reason i suggested the tool library didn,t get any real interest except for the negative side of it. |

hydramount replacement.
Hi, I've been thinking of doing the hydramount on my diesel, and thought a good way to get the thing out would be to use a G clamp.
you would need a couple of bricks and a couple of pieces of either very sturdy wood, or preferably metal. balance the edges of the mount on the edges of the bricks, put one piece of wood/metal under the bricks and the other on top of the bush part. Then put the bottom of the G clamp under the bottom wood/metal, the top on the centre of the rubber bush, and screw down until it pops out. Fitting the new one is the same process. Having re-read this I think it makes sense, but any questions just ask. It looks a good idea in my imagination But I may be offline for a while cos of a broken b/band router, so don't hold your breath for a reply.
