Default Mobile fitting

Does anyone on here still do mobile clutch fitting? Not a hundred percent sure my car will handle a distant journey as I'm at the occasional kangaroo stage and with no Phil t4 for obvious reasons pretty stuck cheers lads

Is there not a local guy you could take it to? These cars are not that technical that they require 'specialists' to work on them.

Phil is only around 60 miles away - I've driven twice that far on a few occasions with no clutch at all.

You could always get it trailered over. Might be worth getting a couple of quotes.

As mentioned, a clutch change on these cars is pretty standard work for a good mechanic, but you are far better off entrusting your car to someone who knows what they are doing and you know will do a good job.

Isn't there a member by the name of Shiner in Reading?

Not sure if he does clutch replacements but have seen posts about his great work in the past.
