Default Navall II Problem

My Nav' II has lost response at the bottom of the screen. Screen is spotlessly clean, have tried a reset but I can't do a factory reset as (when I can get that far) the option is at the bottom of the screen. Any suggestions would be very welcome. This thing has seen very little use and Radio is the main function I use. Has been a bitter disappointment from day one.

Hi,

If you pop a usb mouse in the usb socket you will be able to navigate the screen with the curser and click on the function you require.

You could also try a recovery by holding in the reset button and power button at the same time, after about 5 seconds release the reset button but continue to hold the power button.

When boot screen appears release the power button.

Machine will then boot into recovery, see if that works for you

Hi Nige,

Perhaps contact Sean who may have a few other things to try and if not he can arrange to send it back to us to see if it can be repaired .
