Default Free to a good home

Hi All,
if anyone is interested, MY ZT CDTI has died and will go no further. The nice AA man said it might be a blown turbo or worse, and I don't have the time, knowledge, patience or funds to repair. So if anyone wants a dead ZT for free, please let me know via PM. The car is located in Shipston upon Stour (CV36) and will require towing/trailering, as it does not start at all.

I would rather see this car go to someone who will get some use out of bits of it, or who has the skills/time etc to get her running again.

Cheers.

Sorry to hear this. A turbo going on the diesels are very rare. The diesel units are very good and reliable engines. When you say it's dead, what do you mean exactly? Perhaps there is an expert nearby recommended by this club that can have a look at it for you. It would be a shame for you to let it go...

So - what is actually happening regarding it being dead? does the engine turn? does it try to fire? etc....
