Default Rear light seals

Hi,
Are your rear light seals available for purchase? If so, what would I need to do to clinch a pair please?
Richard

Just to let everyone know that they have been replied to. However, rather than requesting seals via this thread, please either pm me or email me using the links.

Just in case replies have ended up in peoples spam folders, I have replied to, but not heard back from:

If you are mentioned above and still looking for a set please get back in touch.

Mine arrived about three weeks ago, not long after ordering. Great bloke, great product, and he's been churning them out for years so no reason to stop now
Just PM him.

Repairs usually involve rebonding this join and then reversing the seal to avoid compression where the light has been tightened down onto the seal.

I've now invested in a tool which will stamp the seals out of sheet material in one piece, with no joint. The new seals are manufactured in a closed-cell neoprene which does not hold water, and all the mounting holes exactly match the original items.

I am waiting for delivery of the first production batch. They will be available for members shortly. I will sell them in pairs so that you get a complete car set. The price is (I think ) very reasonable at £10.00 per pair plus £2.50 postage. The OEM price is £16.85 each plus carriage!

Here is a photo of the first off. All the holes are present although the three small holes on the tongues don't show clearly in the photo.

The inital order is for 125 sets so the tooling cost becomes reasonable.I'll start a list if people are interested.

Here is the start of the list. Once the seals are ready I will notify anyone who is interested about payment

DefibDuncan 1 set
Wraymond 1 set
Championdaddy 2 sets
Reebs 2 sets
ianfletcher 1 set
riclin 1 set
reworht 1 set
I'd like to put my name forward for a set. Alex (bigcar)
