You don't need to cut or solder anything unless the connector where the pad sesnor cable goes in is fine, just unplug the connector, bend a metal paperclip or a small staple that you use to staple sheets of paper together in such a way that you can stick them inside the 2 pins of the car's sensor connector, and the circuit is closed, warning light off. Tape the connector end with isolation tape if you want to protect it, hang it somewhere aside and job done.

That is correct, assuming there is no inboard fault in the wiring.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Does anyone have a sensor clip please? My caliper jammed, got so hot it melted the sensor. Have done the brakes and already had the replacement sensor clipped up in the wheelarch ready to go but no clip?? Please, pretty please!!!
