New ones are available complete from rimmers, expensive though, there are some poly bush kits on ebay that are supposedly very good

Try College Motors in Oxford. They were the best value when I purchased one for my CDT recently. Also, excellent service and really friendly chaps.

If you have the V6 the yellow Polybush works well, it's the diesels that seem to have problems with them.

The smaller bush usually does not require replacement. It is not necessary to remove the nearby lambda sensor. Unbolt the nut from the smaller end but do not remove the bolt. Now remove the nut on the rear bolt going through the large bush and pull the bolt through until it comes up against the nearby sensor. You will now be able to swing the whole engine forward enough to allow the bolt to clear the sensor.

As for getting the new Polybush to fit the bracket...well you will need a vice and a good grasp of the English language. It will look as if it will not fit, but it will...
