Default EP Problem and Plenum Chambers

Hi there guys, where would the Rover 75 be without this place? wow!!!!!

I have a few problems. they seem to be electrical but i figured i can check things out before i haul the car to the rover dealer.

1 -My rover 75, 2.5 V6 is displaying the EP light and the car seems to take forever to accelerate from standing stop. reverse seems to be super fast as if on red-bull.

2 -Is there a specific fuse i could try replacing?

3 -The speedo, fuel gauge, rev counter, temp gauge are also stuck.

4 -Car has been stationery for almost a year, battery is new, windscreen was smashed so water has been almost everywhere.

5 -ABS light is also on but abs seems to be working ok.

6 - side seat airbags popped (car smash) and i am wondering if maybe the reset of this would fix a lot

7 - now i may be a bit dumb but where is the best sticky for checking and finding the ecu, i am sure it was swimming in water for a while while the car was stationery.

everything else is fine and the car is swell, except for the rear seatbelts that pulled back tight and are still tensioned tight after the car smash.

Thank you so much for any advice and assist
