I have as of today signed up to rent my new home in Saltash. 2 bed roomed house. More details to follow once I have got over the shock of what I have just done.

I have given it a lot of thought about renting and have not been influenced by anyone else's views. I have naturally discussed the various options with Allen and Val, and listened to there replies. But I am 100% confident this is the right path for me to follow.

I have also got a further 3 viewings on Monday 22nd for my flat. So fingers crossed.

If renting suits your situation then that's fine Bob.....as long as you're happy, that's all that matters.

In my present state the only surfing I'm doing is on the Internet.

You never know I may just take up boating, seeing as Allen has 5 of them.

............................ I'm now up to 4 viewings on Monday for my flat. I have emailed the agent letting them know what's going on down here. If the flat is not sold by the time I move then I'll be leaving the keys with them.

My head is still spinning from my decision. Just not sunk in yet.

Very pleased for you Bob, only down side is we wont get to meet up for a coffee etc, next time Im dropping off at Thurrock services. You have to think of yourself, and future proof yourself while you still can, which is why I’m st8ll hoping to go ahead with my new business venture this year. Hope to catch up with you somewhere this year.
