At last I found the problem. I'm really thankful, member ''bmw530d'' for the 236th message. Even if my pcb microscheme looks really pretty, taking off the kondensator I found a corrosion hearth under it which destroyed the transition path.

Hello.
I have found this thread by searching for a fix on my Webasto Thermo Top C. It looks like my PCB is a bit different than yours, i think thats because the one i have is rather new (2014-2015). The problem i have is, that the heater always reads a resistance of 1.4 ohm from the flame sensor. I have measured the flamesensor with a multimeter and it is within spec (0.2-0.3 ohm). I have also tried another flamesensor, but without luck. At first i could get the heater to work by applying contact cleaner to the pins on the PCB. But that only works temporably and i dont think thats was because of the contact cleaner. I have tried to measure all of the resistors on the PCB and it looks like all are within spec. Does any of you have experience with this problem? Thanks. |

Hello Arminas.
I have measured those two resistors. They look fine, but I will try replacing them anyway. Do you have any experience with those two om that board? Thanks. |
