Default Photoshop duo tone Rover 75

I decided to look into getting my car re-sprayed in red/black similar to the raven black/nightfire red but in solid colours.

If anyone here is any good at photoshop (can't do it on my Laptop at home and I am off for a few weeks now) can you do an image of red abover black and black above red since my wife and I cannot agree which is more in keeping with the car.

Many thanks

Default No I just

let my wife take a look at the monogram black over red which I like on this web site but she prefers it the other way around. She saw it on one of those horrid rebadged Lancia hatchbacks earlier today (paint looked good but the car was ugly)
Get it wrong and I have a car I can't live with, get it wrong and I have a wife who will mention it every chance she gets forever.

Ok, I just had a quick stab, pictures aren't very good, but as you wanted a flat paint, I started with a white 75, resulting in blocky looking colour, I will give it a proper try if you want tomorrow, but gotta go to work in the morning so need to heading to bed shortly

Black top half is VERY nice.

Instead of paint, you may be better with a half vinyl wrap, its not permanent and a nice glos black vinyl would be perfect.

Top half of the car would be really easy to do with vinyl. I took a duotone and mixed it with cowley sills for this..... normally dont do photoshops as I dont have the time but I was very curious about the end result.

The black and red is very nice.

I could fancy trying something with my Moonstone green car, keeping the Moonstone on the lower panels but cant decide on a contrasting upper finish.

Default Thanks, I like it

I might go for black upper, bonnet, bumper and boot top (from chrome upwards) dark red lower in a solid gloss non metallic finish.

By doing the whole bumber in black I would get that nice s line where it meets the red of the front wing.

Red might be something similar to Alfa Romeo Blood Red or darker almost maroon.

I wonder if I will get the chance to complete the idea?

Hmm -- vinyl wrap --- never thought of that --- might duo tone the connie -- currently Royal Blue

Default I had the same idea

I was playing the other night with cream and maroon. Anyone have any idea how much it would cost.
