Strange you should say that Mike, I was asked only yesterday what it meant, the literal translation is time flies, remember death.

Life is after all not a dress rehearsal, and we are a long time dead.

We should reflect on that.......quality of life is equally as important, if not more so as quantity, as we cannot determine the latter.

I don't view this morbidly, more practically, if we can improve our lives, and that of those around us that we care about, then that is surely a good thing

Wow, spooky indeed !! And I fully concur !! Long live that dead language Latin... Eh ??? We sampled the delights of Seaburn beach yesterday. Nice, clean, beach. Redcar to Marske again today.
