if your getting any noise (like a knackered pulley) when your aircon is switched on but silent when its off, its your crankshaft pulley ,rubber damper has gone and its slipping under load.

I'll give you a tenner to take it away, never raced or rallied (apart from the speed camera in Holland that is)
