Just got Copperleaf back from the garage after having new rear shockers and top mounts from DMGRS fitted, what a difference! Everything on the back end is new now apart from the subframe. Upper arms, lower arms, bushes, springs, brake backplates, disks and pads etc. Contemplating ordering front struts next, but, after spending over £2K in the last 2 months on this wonderful car, after 42 years of marriage my wife says I think more of my car than her and have got to stop spending? May have to order and get parts sent direct to garage.

Shiny nuts! Reduced to this through lockdown. Weeks in a house alone gets you doing anything...

I'm gradually grinding through my wheel refinishing project. Got wheel #3 painted today so the end is in sight.
I also painted all 4 metal hubcaps ready for new badges. I have a new set of 4 of the Project Drive plastic hubcaps and have managed to remove one of the badges without damage. They used a lot more glue on those than they did on the metal hubcaps! I do have a set of gel badges on order. If they turn up and are decent I will use the new original I have removed to replace the horn button badge.

Let us know about the new gel inserts! I have a new set of plastic, but also a set of metal centres. I'd be interested in a decent set of inserts for the metal ones if they are any good!
