Default Fuel Prices.

Noticed how low fuel prices are. Now when we can't go anywhere.

As we stand tonight, there is a 14p difference in the price of petrol in Newcastle and in Middlesbrough.

Newcastle 0.99 ltr 1.06 diesel
Middlesbrough 1.14 petrol 1.16 diesel.

No rumblings of a lowering of prices to parity with Newcastle to date. Hmph

Don't know where you get your prices from. I work in the centre of Newcastle and it was £123.9 for diesel this morning. Just done a check and the cheapest in the area is £116.9 for diesel at Asda. I had to work at the Middlesbrough branch of my company 4 weeks ago for a week and the fuel was a few pence a litre cheaper at your place.

It was at Costco. MarinaBrian will confirm I'm sure.

Wrong. We can go anywhere as long as we stay in our cars. I am already planning days out for picnics. Am sure we can keep our distance at petrol stations and find an appropriate bush!

I'm off out into the Yorkshire Dales tomorrow with a very dear friend and neighbour. Taking in the spectacular scenery, and solitude it offers. Bedale, Leyburn, Reeth, Richmond area. With a few butties, and our flasks, we will sit in the car, and take in all the beauty of the area.

Not bothering a soul.
