I'm very happy this morning

In my first post on this thread i said i wanted to get to 12 stone & today i weighed in at 11st 12lb. My aim is now to keep under 12st so i think i will loose a little bit more & then i will have a bit to play with. My follow up appointment at the doctors is this Wednesday so i shall find out if this has helped my blood pressure at all.
