Default recommend spring compressors

so when doing the rear suspension arm the spring just sort of fell out but now it seems i need a set of spring compressors to get it all back together again, so any help on which ones to buy, had a set that my father used but they are far too long(was used on trucks) and don't want to alter them so looking for a set ?
Thanks

Have you had a look through the--How-To's ???

I haven't read about anybody needing spring compressors for the rear springs.--

You don't need spring compressors.

Search the site and you will find various methods mentioned and described from the Haynes method through to what I found to be the simplest, put on here by "marinabrian" which meant you didn't even have to remove the anti roll bar ( linkages) and gave more space to get the spring back in. He will be sorely missed.

Update I need to apologise to everyone, turns out if you have your car resting by the trailing arm on a railway sleeper you aren’t going to achieve this, remove sleeper spring pops in
