Amazing. Can't wait to read the article and see the vehicle in the metal. The merge of 75 and Merc convertible is seamless. What talent.

Lovely. But l'm not a ragtop man so would still prefer a saloon.

Thank you for all your comments ,the car is currently going through an IVA (Individual Vehicle Approval) test to get it road legal so will put up more pics shortly.

This is an absolute beauty! If it could be reverse-engineered into an electric/battery vehicle and go into production it would surely sell well to enthusiasts who were looking for a modern, environmentally friendly car that had some character. Imagine spending your retirement driving round Europe in one of these!

Practical Classics produced a very good article on the convertible in this months mag and have invited me to show the car on their stand at the NEC in March hope to see you there.

Incredible work

I guess it solves the problem of water in the boot.

FAO Gerry, So when are you converting a F/TF into electric? The design of these little gems are crying out for an electric motor and battery to be dropped in one.
