The auto electrician has pulled all the fuses in the engine bay and under the glovebox and nothing has caused drain to drop

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Starter motor, or one of the three cables that link battery > starter motor > Alternator > fusebox.

Provided all other statements relayed from the 'auto electricians' are true. (and don't get me started on how they can title themselves such, but fail to identify the cause of the issue...)

Yes, I'm beginning to think the same thing. It would be very unusual for a starter motor or cables to draw current continuously.

Well that's evidence which shouldn't be overlooked. Have you lifted the carpet and had a good look?

Yes there's a bundle of wires which run along the inner sill into the boot of the car. Thank you to everyone else for suggestions I'm going to ask the auto electrician if he has had a look at the starter motor and the cables
Thanks

Well, with all the fuses removed it severely limits the number of wires that can be live.

In that situation it shouldn't be too hard for your Auto-Electrician to locate the current leak.--

Was the area dry? Was there any sign of deterioration to the wires? Try moving the wires whilst watching the ammeter to see if the reading changes.

As you reported that this area has been flooded, it's the prime suspect.
