Default My car's new look!?!?!

Wonder if the new look will catch on? ha ha ha

This is how it's been the last couple of days.
Traveling down the East Lancs Road heading home on Sunday, when I heard a scraping sound as I turned into the street. As I reversed onto the driveway, the undetray (rearmost part) which had dropped down (which was the scraping sound) caught on the threshold across the drive to keep the gravel in and as I drove backwards, it ripped the bumper off bottom first basically leaving it only attatched at the top on the slam panel. So now I'm trying to source the undertray, and the two wheel arches too.
It never rains, but it pours

why not stop and look when you heard a scraping sound,
would have saved the front end from coming off.

Wedd, I've seen those too, and if it comes down to it I'll have to splash out on new, although with a child imminent I'd have prefered second hand! Ha Ha....

Neil, I've cleaned the washer bottle, it was filthy. I assume there is a 'How too' as for how I'd check the fan???

Very quick way, although it does induce a lot of swearing and hitting the sterring wheel Basil Faulty style lol......

I was only up Thorton yesterday!!!! TBH, the bumper is relativley undamaged aside from a few scratches wnd on the wing where it's pulled off then popped out, so, luckily should be ok? Just the undertray and arch liners needed. Do you have a phone number for that breakers BBM?

Agreed Kev, but it happened just as I pulled off the East lancs, into my road, and for those of you unfamilar with said road, It links Liverpool docks with the M6 and even at that time of night 11 pm, theres no way I'd be looking under my car with 40 tonners racing past at 60!!!!!! I put the blame squarly on the garage who had the car in for the clutch and never attached the undertray properly, but not much I can do as it was nearly 6 weeks ago!
