A dusting of snow this morning, and rain all yesterday. I work dawn till dusk all week, so my only chance of doing anything shot down in flames again. And I needed to go over Bones for her mot next week

I'm itching to get started on my ZT-T as she's been layed up for 18 months now. I'm sat here looking out the window at the sleet coming down outside......... May be a while yet.

Below zero and really foggy here, typical East of England weather in the new year.

Hi.
We have had more snow in the last few days for many a year. It's nothing like what I remember in the nineties and many times beforehand. The old Skoda was brilliant in the snow and on my way home from Sony in Glasgow back in 1993 with snow chains on the Rapid easily outperformed Land Rovers and Toyota 4x4. We did get a bit of a thaw yesterday but its snowing again. Here are some pictures taken at 11:00 today, I'd already been out in the Panda, hence its lack of snow.

I can't go out. Completely snowed in plus my 75 HATES snow, several times this week I've just had to take my feet off all the pedals and hoped the car would get agrip and pull itself up the hill. Think it's the tyres which Kev will sort out this week....

Sunday is the day to put all the cars out on the top and wash dry and polish. Yeah right ...... not done any in the last three weeks. I hate this weather.

You're welcome to some of ours - I've been thinking of hiring out my field for Somme and Paschendael re-enactments. Got my car bogged on the grass verge outside my house last week - it just sank when the frost thawed! I know I'm near the Lake District, but if this is what climate change does, they're gonna have to dig out some more! Only 4 24hr periods over last summer holidays (July to September) without precipitation.
