He's a panel beater, you wouldn't believe the panels he can make! All new metal ��

I am sure he til me he worked for a Rover body shop when he first started as well.

That looks like a very nice piece of work Good to see it being done properly (cut out) and not just patched over. Pump it full of Dinitrol and it'll probably last better than the original

Out of interest, did your man treat all the rusty internal surfaces of the inner sill panel and jacking mount ?

Yes, looks from the pics like he got all the surface rust off somehow, then the outside has been done with red oxide then matt black smooth then it's going to be gone over in copperleaf.

Yes, he cleans the inner part up and treats/paints it. Mine were black sills as its Cowley so he painted them as well.
