One job I didn't have to peruse the forum for As for tiger seal. Sorry, I'm not in the trade and haven't heard of it. But if it's a sealant I'd say last resort as a temporary measure.

Well, may have found the (or a potential) culprit! Someone got a little silicon happy on the bottom corner of the passenger side, looks like it no longer seals. Not sure it's the only issue, but certainly seems to be a problem!

Not quite sure where you are with that tbh. Is that behind the wing mirror? How about a longer distance shot so we can see where this is please In any case it looks like the trim is too short.

Think I've sussed it. The photo is at a 90 degree angle and what looks like short trim is actually the rubber strip at the bottom of the windscreen. This is supposed to be short. Don't worry about water getting down there as it simply flows to a drain. Unless there is a hole under the sealant.
Keep searching

Dam, thought I'd solved it! Think I will take the scuttle off an clean it up anyway, maybe I will spot an issue. Apologies about the picture, didn't think about it being at a funny angle!

I spotted a couple of small holes in the scuttle plate. I think they are next to a couple of bulges in the plate. Very small but mine were filled with crud.

Oh, and another thing, to get the scuttle plate off you need to remover the windscreen wiper arms. I found this virtually impossible on mine and sent off to America for a wiper arm puller tool. Made the job much easier. And be careful with the removal, I think I might have put a crack in the windscreen from all the tugging and prising I was doing before the puller tool arrived

Hmm, with my ham-fistedness maybe a scuttle removal is a bad idea!!
