Just finished re-doing the sealant around the bath & soaking the show head in some bleach/water and I'll leave it until tomorrow to harden.

Meanwhile I've made a fish pie for tea with some cheap cod fillets that were going cheap at ASDA

some buttered Curly Kale from ALDI when the missus gets back & Tiger bread

Well, last night, I got to sleep at 3am and got up at 9am so a bit more ‘normal’ then of late. However, these past few days, I’ve had diarrhoea and now I have piles and I am in agony. I had it once before a few years ago and I can honestly say it is one of the most painful experiences I’ve ever had. It really is PAINFUL! I’ve not even eaten too badly or over consumed. I’m wondering if I’ve come down with something or it may be stress related....I just feel ill right now mentally and physically.
