Morning all - eventually

Had a really idle morning - partially because the cold/flu bug I had seems to be attempting a comeback. Nose and 'tubes' all blocked up again, complete with popping ears - yuk.

Afternoon Rod Sorry to hear your not in full fettle, I've just been for a hot bath as my throat is closing up & I've got those 'Ears' I feel lousy.

I've just poured myself a whisky & warm water for medicinal purposes....cough.....

It's pouring down here with hailstone showers.

Snow is slowly disappearing, temp is barely above zero but there is an amber warning for more of the white stuff.

Dont go back to bed or sleep, or you wont getvto sleep again tonight. You need to get your body clock back in sync. Get some of those kalms night. I havent tried the night time ones, but have used the other ones for stress.
