MOT'd myself last night, blood pressure (have a home monitor) etc normal, don't intend running a marathon but I'm probably healthier than I have been for years.

Waiting for a new hard drive for a laptop, sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for with a tracking number. Supposed to be delivered today, checked the tracking "Good news, your item is progressing through our network and on its way." . . . . that's very helpful, couldn't be more vague! I was given the laptop a wee while ago, it wouldn't boot up. Despite my best efforts couldn't get it to work, tried all the repair options, reloading Windows etc so gave up. Found a refurbished (larger) hard drive for just 25 quid so I'll start from scratch.

Postie has just been, no hard drive.
Thank you Steve, you and Ging have done really well and so has your medical team in getting you off Insulin and onto Metformin. You had a rough time over the past couple of years and its time that things pick up for you, as you deserve better. Despite all of that you managed to keep a sense of humour going and you have been known to crack me up with those 'one liners' ....Recent research has shown that people who suffer from Diabetes and who are on Metformin are less likely to go on and get Dementia. Well, its an important development

Good Afternoo.

Lilian and Derek, Jessica and Phil.

Excellent positive news for both of you, it's obviously down to your good ladies,
Keeping you in the ways you have been accustomed too, so dont upset them.

Evening all, we had a heavy shower this morning, but it's been dry the rest of the day. Am ready for a holiday, but can't book anything at the mo, as daughter is working 2x 4 hour shifts a week, and she only gets to know the next 2 weeks shifts. Also the wife wants to get the house decluttered first,at least then we can start getting estimates from decorators to get the work done.
