Morning all, nice early start, I'll go collect the papers and read them over a nice cup of Rosey. I'll then prepare a nice joint of beef for dinner later

Good morning Steve, welcome to the day, your Sunday roast is appealing, I will be round later

We eventually got away after the first officer told us the planes leaking engine was given the all clear (I reckon the aircraft had been over filled) but the airport was closing for the night and he had 17minutes to get the plane off the ground. There was then a stampede to get back on board...huh!

It was bizarre how the heating for the flight in the cabin did not make it pass cold and flying in an ice box comes to mind. For a national flag carrier, BA must try harder. Onto more pleasant thoughts, Harrisop48 very kindly collected me from the airport and chauffeured me to a Toby, then onto pick up the 75. Eventually I got back to London at 5pm, LJW was such a dream, ticked all the boxes

Have a great day

Good morning Ian, thank you for the welcome. Living in the tropics has turned me into a wuss. I need to heat up and toughen up. I wonder what a romper suit looks like

It's one of those all-in one suits they put on babies I got one of these 'onsie' suits for slobbing around in the house, very warm they are. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mens-All-...O50p5PyGbtKueg
