We have visited Lilian today, she has said she has read things in newspapers that reminded of

her and Derek when they had been out and about with their caravan in years past, she seems very upbeat, Jackie her daughter is moving in with her then they will have the extension put up by the end of May.
I have arranged for Dawn and myself to pick Lilian up on the Saturday before the National and maybe her daughter, to stay with us at the Premier Inn in Petersfield, and then bring her to the National on the Sunday in Derek’s beloved Pearl Black Connie. She is so looking forward to meeting you all to thank you in person.

She has also been contacted by the Phylis Tuckwell Hospice to they will thank you all for any donations you have given towards their cause in a couple of weeks time,
There is still time to donate if you are still thinking about it, just saying in case it gone to the back of your mind. Can be done on line.
Lilian has asked me once again to thank everyone for the fantastic send off you gave Derek he would have been absolutely chuffed that he was so well thought of.

Thanks for the update Julien. So glad that Lillian is coming to the National, she'll get to see just how highly Derek was thought of (though I suspect she already knows).

Don't forget to drop your old jacket off at mine on your way back home .
