Default Shortest Day today

From now on until middle of 2021 - the days get steadily longer rather than shorter. Not that much to shout about I grant you!!! - but every little helps just now in my book.

But hopefully better than the mediocre one this part of the country had bestowed on it this year. It was very average, and that is being rather generous, with just a few warm days. Reminds me of the summer of 1985, and that was one best forgotten.

Good. Hate my working day starting and ending in darkness, although probably wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I count myself very fortunate that I'm in the road to see the sunrise and I'm still at work to see it set and barely miss a minute of it in between.
