Morning everyone.

Missed a couple of days with niece's wedding and Grandson's birthday get together. Both brilliant.

Debs, get well soon.

Andy, hope you're not reading this until after lunchtime .

I did shifts many moons ago. Changed every week so body clock never got settled. Hated it. Neighbour still does them and like Steve says there are are folks who love the "odd" start times. Sadly my neighbour's employer won't let them do "regular/set/consistent" whatever the phrase is times - which seems daft to me. If folks like starting at 3am or 8pm why not let them do it?

Oliver's actual 2nd birthday is today. He's started the day with a trip to hospital having coughed up thick green gunge with blood in it. Fingers crossed that someone will actually listen and do something this time

Take care all.

Much nicer day out there today compared to yesterday.

Off to the boat this evening, so no doubt that won't last

Don't rush home Debs, give Andy time to do all the housework and prepare dinner.

Had my flu jab earlier, my arm feels like he used a 6" nail, getting a headache as well. Don't know if that's down to the flu jab or the fact that I had a diabolical sleep last night, kept waking up.

Why is it every time I get a vaccination my body regards the side effects list as a menu, I'll have that one, that one and that one . . . . oh, that one as well
