I think that we're talking about dealer launch cars Steve. I always understood these to be the identical Wedgwood blue 2.5 litre KV6 Connoisseurs. Those that you've illustrated could be pre-production or cars in specific colours for the launch event in London.

Thanks for that. Thought so, as only petrol engine launch models seem to get a mention.
I would be interested to know the VIN's of the earliest diesel production cars. |

At Gaydon yesterday there was a chap turned up in a 1.8 launch car so that's 9 of the 2.5 cars and 2 of the 1.8 cars
