Morning all, doc is going to see mum today as the hip pain has returned. also the home said they are needing to help her eat, I’m guessing that means prompting her to eat I just hope they don’t send her back to hospital again . Can’t see the point in sending her as they did nothing last time, she was supposed to have physio but I don’t think they did anything other than monitor her. More stress

Morning everyone
We have rain after yesterday’s heatwave. At least it’s cooled down a bit.

Ryan is at Knockhill for a couple of days testing, I bet he slept well last night after chucking a 160kg Kawasaki superbike around the circuit for 157 laps. Sunshine here this morning and warm enough for breakfast outdoors, I've put the top on the gazebo so at least we have some shelter from the seagulls now. Going to start searching for a vehicle to replace the (now for sale) ZTT today, be sad to see it go but Jan's spine problem is making it more and more difficult for her to get in and out of the MG so it's time to search out something with higher seating. Enjoy your day one and all. |

G'day one and all - nice to hear Stu is still in touch - his 'baby' is still performing well, albeit with a few less regulars than when he was a daily visitor. It's another cracking morning with wall to wall blue skies and a lot of heat in the sun.
Todays job is to pressure wash my drive where the caravan used to sit - I hadn't realised how scruffy the concrete and paving stones had become

Haircut sorted as well this afternoon I asked the missus to ring them for an appointment some time this week as the 5 quid barbers is still shut She said tell him to come in now as there's nobody waiting 10 quid for an haircut there.
