Congratulations.

Our grandson has just had his first birthday. Lots of photos and videos keep us in touch.

Congratulations Ian. It is sad that you can't travel up and visit, but great that the baby arrived safe and well.

My Grandson was born in August with some health issues, so went from Guildford Hospital to a specialist unit at St George's in London. Worrying time, but all is good now thanks to the great work by the Doctors and Nurses at both hospitals.

He had his own Ambulance, and this is the transporter they used - an amazing bit of kit with all sorts of monitors and enough oxygen to get up Everest!

That must have been worrying for everyone, I'm glad everything is now ok.

WOW. That's some bit of kit in the hospital. I'm glad all has turned out OK for you and yours and these nasty restrictions will, hopefully, be gone soon As one of the posts above said can you have the loan of some grand children if you want.

I've got a few great grand children to add to that if you'd like.---

Thanks Jon - I've got two now and they keep me busy enough - just finished converting a toy cart so that it can be pulled by a pet sheep with the granddaughter onboard....It's long story!

Due to the Covid restrictions his mother wasn't allowed to travel in the ambulance with him, and we were told to make our own way and not to follow it. Apparently sometimes they need to hit the blues and twos if they are needed quickly after the drop off and anyone following might think there is a problem onboard and try and keep up!
