Had a strange one this evening. Sorted my home made column audio controls so thought I'd have a look if the ariel was in correctly as the signal is cack. Pulled out the ariel and the whole unit switched off . Plugged it back in and it came back to life but I had set it all up again.

Time keeps changing?
Just spotted this in one of the ask a seller a question
Hello, I have installed this device in my vehicle correctly and everything works correctly except the time setting. I set the time when powered on to my time and switch off the power. The 12v permanent lead still has the voltage connected to the device. When I switch the power back on all my other settings remain the same except the clock which shows my time for a second then it resets or goes to some random time. I cannot figure out what the issue is, can you help or is the unit faulty? 23-Sep-16 A: Hi,dear guest ,thank u for your message ,sorry to bother u , 1,gps antenna connected ,then the time will be updated automatically according to the gps 2,after the time setting saved, the yellow wire needs to connecting the car charger to get the continues power so u do no need to set the time every time. Pls kindly have a try ,and keep in touch. Thanks a lot.Regards. Farrah Any help to anybody? |
