Hi, Can I also order a set! I'm a new ZT Owner and was worried about the water in the boot. But it seems it might be an easy fix!

Thanks!

Repairs usually involve rebonding this join and then reversing the seal to avoid compression where the light has been tightened down onto the seal.

I've now invested in a tool which will stamp the seals out of sheet material in one piece, with no joint. The new seals are manufactured in a closed-cell neoprene which does not hold water, and all the mounting holes exactly match the original items.

I am waiting for delivery of the first production batch. They will be available for members shortly. I will sell them in pairs so that you get a complete car set. The price is (I think ) very reasonable at £10.00 per pair plus £2.50 postage. The OEM price is £16.85 each plus carriage!

Here is a photo of the first off. All the holes are present although the three small holes on the tongues don't show clearly in the photo.

The inital order is for 125 sets so the tooling cost becomes reasonable.I'll start a list if people are interested.

Here is the start of the list. Once the seals are ready I will notify anyone who is interested about payment

DefibDuncan 1 set
Wraymond 1 set
Championdaddy 2 sets
Reebs 2 sets
ianfletcher 1 set
riclin 1 set
reworht 1 set

Default Rover 75 Rear Light Seals

A request please to those of you who still require new rear light seals.

Please contact me by email first if you can. Failing that by pm. It's not easy to keep on top of requests through the thread only, and there are a high number of members who request sets of seals but never complete the purchase. If you email, you should get a reply within a couple of days with payment details. If you have not received anything, please check your junk mail folders as I seem to end up in those quite often .

I still have sets available, and once payment is received they are normally despatched same or next day.

Thank you all for your interest.

I know you said to e-mail but I sent one a week or so ago and have had no reply yet, and before you ask I have checked my spam and junk mail sections
