Suggest a touch screen radio (Help)
Hi guys,
I want to purchase a touch screen radio for my Rover 75 in order to get navigation. A stand alone 6 inch navigation costs around 200€ and a radio with Android costs about the same so i want to get some suggestions from you guys on what to buy, maybe you guys already own one and have some tips. My car still has the radio with the cassette player and a 7 CD changer hooked up to it. Photo: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/KpgAA...aGg/s-l300.jpg Here are some questions: 1. Will the CD player continue to work with a new Android radio? 2. Will regular FM radio continue to work? I would love to get some actual Ebay links to radios you suggest (if that is allowed on here) Thanks. |

I personally use the standard BMW head unit in my 75, but many people on here use this one.

I'm getting a Xtrons Android unit, you can update those and add apps, you can't the Wince type. Try speaking to Julien at Androidice and he can talk you through features. The CD changer won't work any more, that I do know. You don't need it, as there is a SD slot on the double din unit to add hundreds of songs and albums, and a single CD slot too.
