I can sympathise here Dave,
I pulled mine simply by reaching over to pull the plug out of the bath. The next day I was rigid. The wife had to literally put my shoes and socks on for me. Getting in and out of the car was nearly impossible, I was in the middle of a job that had to be finished, with the assistance of pain killers I got through it. |
