Webpage trouble

Keep getting the cannot display webpage all the time, 6 attempt to post this and me dongle got 2 bars on 3

any idea/ please

Help only allows me 2 mins to post then the above , atempt no 4

Not had any problems here and cant see any reported by our provider.

Is it just here or happening on other sites ?

All sites only post one and if i press for new post waiting for 12 secs and error message then i dissconnect and reconnect it will work for a bit then it will start again
