Default Can i get a MG FOB to work on my MG ZTT??

Hello thier, Iv seen this item on ebaaay

( item number 370216354952 )

If i was to buy this can i get it programed to work on my MG ZTT??

Please help

Highly unlikely, even if you could it would cost in the region of £150 to set it up.

can I ask why. If you removed the blade and immobilizer chip form your existing one and the frequency was the same then surely it's just a matter of a T4 session to add the barcode. Just like we do with 75's.

The radio signal for the locking is coded with a rolling code on both the 75 series and the later 25/45/TF systems, unfortunately they are different codes. The 75 uses a Valeo propriteary code and the smaller cars a Philips one, completely incompatible I'm afraid.

There's also the question, that unless I'm mistaken, the MG one doesn't take a keyblade, so would hang rom the keyring, and the transponder chip wouldn't be in the field from the coil.

Would make a nice keyring, though.
